This Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders delivered within Australia. It is intended to provide clear expectations and a fair process for after-sales support.

2. Returns Accepted – No Direct Exchange Service

We offer a return and refund service, however we do not provide direct exchanges. This approach allows us to accurately verify product condition, maintain clear inventory records and ensure each new order is processed independently and transparently.

If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible product and place a new order for your preferred choice.

3. Return Eligibility and Conditions

A return request may be submitted within 36 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used or altered
  • The product is returned in suitable condition
  • All included accessories are returned
  • Original packaging is intact or adequately protected for transit

Items that are damaged by misuse or do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

4. Order Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled within 36 hours of purchase and are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders placed more than 36 hours ago or already dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • In such cases, customers are encouraged to wait for delivery and submit a return request
  • Items received damaged or incorrect may qualify for a full or partial refund after assessment

  • Our team will review your request based on order status and eligibility
  • If approved, use the return shipping label included in your original package
  • Return the item following the provided instructions

6. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may apply in cases of voluntary returns, including deductions for original shipping costs where applicable.

  • Returns due to product defects or transit damage are processed at no cost to the customer
  • Products returned in unacceptable condition are not eligible for a refund
