  • We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance or technical issues

3. Product Information, Availability and Pricing

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general reference. Availability may change due to stock levels, and items may be updated or removed without prior notice.

  • Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise
  • Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected before order confirmation

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully authorised. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where unusual ordering activity is detected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which explains delivery coverage, handling times and estimated delivery windows calculated from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery is available across Australia, all orders are shipped with free delivery
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, estimated delivery time is 7–18 days after dispatch
  • Orders placed before 18:00 on business days are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 18:00, on weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day

6. Order Cancellation

Our Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be cancelled after it has been placed.

  • Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled within 36 hours of purchase. Orders placed more than 36 hours ago, or orders that have already been dispatched, cannot be cancelled
  • If cancellation is no longer possible, customers are advised to wait for delivery and proceed with the return and refund process
  • Once a cancellation request is received, our support team will review the order status immediately, refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after cancellation approval
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method used at checkout, the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a return and refund service, however we do not provide direct exchanges. This approach allows us to accurately verify product condition, maintain clear inventory records and ensure each new order is processed independently and transparently. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible product and place a new order for your preferred choice.

Goods can be returned within 36 days of receiving the order if they are unused, unaltered, in good condition, with all accessories and in their original or properly protected packaging. Goods that are misused or do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be initiated within 1-3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will use the same payment method you used at checkout. The arrival time of the funds depends on your bank or payment service provider.
